The POWER Framework®:
Building Empowered, High-Performing Teams
Across industries, teams face recurring challenges:
-
Burnout from unclear goals and relentless demands.
-
Miscommunication that erodes trust and slows progress.
-
Collaboration that feels transactional instead of meaningful.
-
Micromanagement that stifles creativity and initiative.
-
Lack of recognition that drains morale and engagement.
Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace 2026 found that global employee engagement fell to 20% in 2025, its lowest level since 2020, costing the world economy an estimated $10 trillion in lost productivity. Moreover, Gallup research finds the percentage of employees who report experiencing a lot of stress, anger or sadness the previous day remains above pre-pandemic levels (Gallup Inc., 2026).
What’s needed is not another quick fix, but a framework that transforms conversations into culture.
The Solution: The POWER Framework®
With more than 6 years of experience as a Strengths Coach, over 3 years as a Transformational Coach and project management for over 12 years, I have worked with numerous teams and various organizations, witnessing the challenges faced by individuals and groups. Through these experiences and by expanding my knowledge of Positive Psychology and Project Management, I developed The POWER Framework®.
The POWER Framework® integrates proven practices from project management, agile delivery, strength-based development, psychological safety, neuroscience, collaboration, and self-determination theory to drive measurable business results with empowered, high performing team. By strengthening engagement, accelerating execution, and reducing attrition and burnout, the framework enables teams to deliver outcomes more reliably while maximizing the return on human capital through strength-focused, people-centered and results-driven approach to team management.
According to research by Dale Carnegie, while many leaders focus on control and results, employees thrive in environments where leaders trust them, listen to them, and provide opportunities for meaningful contribution (Dale Carnegie). This is where The POWER Framework® plays a role. It assists managers, leaders, and teams in creating an atmosphere of trust, support, and excellence, enabling the team to thrive.
