ABOUT ME

Jerome Revilla is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, a Certified Transformational Coach (Professional Level), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and an ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)® v3 and 4 Foundation certified for IT Service Management.

He is an advocate of people development as he believes that everyone has God-given talents and purpose. He served as a Life Coach coaching students since 2010, and as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach since 2020 helping individuals, managers and teams unleash the power of their strengths.

He is currently the Coaching and Mentoring Lead of Project Management Institute – Malaysia Chapter (PMI-MY) leading the Coaching and Mentoring program offering to the members. He is also one of the School Outreach Program members aiming to partner with secondary schools in Malaysia to create awareness of project management to the students. Moreover, he is a member of The StrengthsPhilippines which aims for Filipinos to experience the transformative power of living out their strengths.

He has over 8 years managing IT teams and projects from a multinational insurance company and a web-development company; and has been involved as well to training and development.
