ABOUT ME

Jerome Revilla is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, a Certified Professional Coach,, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), PRINCE2® Agile Expert, ITIL® Foundation certified and ITIL® Service (version 5). He is one of the contributors globally of the new version of PRINCE2 Agile (version 2) as well as ITIL Service (version 5). Aside from technical and coaching certifications, he also became HRD Corp (Malaysia) Certified Trainer.

He is an advocate of people development as he believes that everyone has God-given talents and purpose. He served as a Life Coach coaching students since 2010, and as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach since 2020 helping individuals, managers and teams unleash the power of their strengths.

He is currently the Coaching and Mentoring Head of Project Management Institute – Malaysia Chapter (PMI-MY) leading the Coaching and Mentoring program offering to the members. Moreover, he is a member of The StrengthsPhilippines which aims for Filipinos to experience the transformative power of living out their strengths.

He has over 10 years managing IT teams and projects from a multinational insurance company and a web-development company; and has been involved as well to training and development.
