TeamPOWER: Manager and Team Development

TeamPOWER is my flagship program based on The POWER Framework. This is a 3-month program helping the team to become an empowered, high performing team with POWER - Purpose, Open Communication, Working Together, Empower and Recognize - grounded in three guiding principles - Strengths-Focused, People-Centered and Results-Driven. This program is blended with workshops, one-on-one and team coaching tailored to the needs and goals of the team.

Through practical, hands-on exercises, participants will apply the POWER elements—Purpose, Open Communication, Working Together, Empower, and Recognize—to strengthen team alignment, collaboration, and engagement.

At the end of this program, the participants should be able to:
1. Have a foundational understanding of the importance of strength-focused, people-centered and result-driven principles in increasing team engagement leading to higher performance and value delivery.
2. Define and understand the current team’s POWER standing using the My Team POWER Survey.
3. Align with a shared purpose that drives loyalty, ownership and innovation.
4. Practice open communication to build trust.
5. Enhance collaboration through team-based Best of Us activity.
6. Empower team to create ideas for innovation and decision-making.
7. Understand the importance of recognition and practice it for improved wellbeing and engagement.
8. Create a team power plan aligned to The POWER Framework®.
9. Follow-up check-in sessions to gauge the team's progress towards POWER.
