"I will be motivated and influenced by the perception of others."

"I bring a desire of wanting more."

"I need an appreciative audience that will bring out my best."

"I love associating with successful people."

"I hate being invisible to or ignored by others."

"I might have the tendency to be attention bound, showboat."

Action Items:

If you have Significance as your dominant talent, you may consider these action items:

  • Imagine the legacy that you want to leave. Picture yourself at retirement, looking back on a life that has made the world a better place. What will you have done to get there?

  • Make a list of the goals, achievements, and qualifications you crave and post them where you will see them every day. Use this list to inspire yourself.

  • Share your dreams and goals with your colleagues to keep you reaching and accountable for your mission.

  • Stay focused on performance.

  • Write down your strengths and refer to them frequently.

  • Tell the significant people in your life how important their feedback and support are to you.

Note that these action items only serve as guide.
