"I am someone others often trust to get things done."

"I will keep promises and follow through on commitments."

"I bring dependability and loyalty."

"I need freedom to take ownership."

"I love the respect of others."

"I hate disappointing others and being disappointed by others."

"I might have the tendency to not to say no or let go."

Action Items:

If you have Responsibility as your dominant talent, you may consider these action items:

  • Always check your schedule and your to-do list before taking on a new request.

  • Keep volunteering for more duties that your experience seems to warrant. You thrive on new responsibilities and can deal with them very effectively.

  • Align yourself with others who share your sense of commitment.

  • Sometimes you need to remind yourself to say "no".

  • Take time to enjoy the completion of your commitments.

  • Partner with someone with a strong Discipline or Focus theme. This person can help you stay on track and prevent you from becoming overloaded.

Note that these action items only serve as guide.
