Action Items:
If you have Positivity as your dominant talent, you may consider these action items:
When others become discouraged or are reluctant to take risks, your attitude will provide the impetus to keep them moving.
Deliberately help others see things that are going well for them. You can keep their eyes on the positive.
Arm yourself with good stories, jokes and sayings. When you sense discouragement in your colleagues or friends, try to lift or lighten their moods.
Commit yourself to becoming increasingly liberal with your genuine praise of the people you work with. Try to tailor it to each person's need.
Avoid negative people. They will bring you down. Seek people who find in the world the same kind of drama and humor that you do. You will energize each other.
Note that these action items only serve as guide.
