Action Items:

If you have Maximizer  as your dominant talent, you may consider these action items:

  • Stay focused on your strengths. Refine your skills. Acquire new knowledge. Practice. Keep working toward mastery.

  • Devise ways to measure your performance and that of your colleagues.

  • Develop a plan to use your strengths outside of work.

  • Study success. Deliberately spend time with people who have discovered their strengths.

  • Make your weakness irrelevant - either by devising a support system or compensate your weaker themes with your stronger ones.

  • Help your friends and colleagues recoginize th talents and strengths in others.

  • Meet regularly with mentors, role models, and your manager for insight, advice and inspiration.
