Action Items:

If you have Intellection as your dominant talent, you may consider these action items:

  • Set aside few minutes everyday just to collect your thoughts.

  • Always take time to consider big projects before the action begins. Your timely insights will allow the project to move forward intelligently and without backtracking.

  • Identify peers with whom you can have intellectual conversations on a frequent basis.

  • List your ideas in a log or a diary.

  • Take time to write. Writing might be the best way to crystalize and integrate your thoughts.

  • Explain to others why you need time for introspection.

  • Deliberately build relationships with people you consider to be "big thinkers".

  • Allow others time to think through your new idea after presenting it.

Note that these action items only serve as guide.
