Share specific exampls that help your friends and colleagues see how their actions affect others.
Intentionally set time to quietly contemplate.
Explore ways to expand your connections.
Help people find meaning even in times of suffering. Your perspective will bring comfort.
Partner with someokne with a strong Communication theme.
Don't spend too much time attempting to persuade others to see the world as a linked web.
