This program starts with a 2-day workshop on the foundation of IT Project Management, followed-up by one-on-one and team coaching and mentoring to guide the team in maturing their IT project delivery.
In this program, the participants should be able to:
1. Learn the foundation of IT Project Management based on Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP
2. Develop the project charter and other project documentations helpful for tracking and managing the project.
3. Hands-on exercises based on their actual project from initiation to closure.
