Your natural anticipation of a better tomorrow enables you to overlook the pain and problems of today. Help others anticipate and imagine their futures as well.
Carve out time every week to put your ideas for the future in writing. You will clarify your visions for yourself and your team.
Motivate your colleagues with things that can be done in the future.
Find a friend or colleague who possesses the same theme. Set aside an hour a month for "future" discussions.
Partner with someone with a strong Activator theme. This person can remind you that you do not discover the future; you create it with the actions you take today.
